N Twenty-five additional retailers are also expected. * Fleming’s Prime Steak House and Wine Bar is a proposed 6,000-square-foot restaurant specializing in steak and boasting a wine list with more than 100 selections available by the glass. * Anthropologie specializes in unique women’s clothing and home decor and plans to occupy a 10,000-square-foot building. * Coldwater Creek, like its catalog, will sell women’s clothing, jewelry and accessories in its 5,000-square-foot store. * Stir Crazy is a restaurant specializing in Asian-inspired, stir-fry dishes in a 6,000-square-foot building. * Z Gallerie plans to come to a 10,000-square-foot building, selling home design, furniture and accessories. * Expo Design Center is a collection of interior design showrooms in a 90,000-square-foot store and it will be the only one in Northeast Ohio. * Brio Tuscan Grille cooks “high-end Italian cuisine” in its proposed 7,000-square-foot eatery. It will be the clothier’s second-largest store in the United States, Schneider said. * Talbots wants to open a 20,000-square-foot store containing five of its divisions: Accessories and shoes and kids, misses, petites and women’s clothing. sells sporting and outdoor apparel and equipment in its 80,000-square-foot buildings that include a 40-foot-high rock climbing wall and putting greens. * California Pizza Kitchen will build a 5,000-square-foot restaurant. * The Cheesecake Factory, a restaurant with more than 200 menu items and more than 40 varieties of cheesecake and other desserts, is building a 10,000-square-foot building that will be its only location in Northeast Ohio.
